I want to register my online startup company
Hi, I have a startup that I've been working on for the past 6 months, its an online platform, a monetization solution for content creators, Im close to launch, but before that I have to register the company and have a bank account for it in order to accept credit card payments for users who are willing to pay for premium plans, is there a way you can help me?

First of all, it is essential to know in which country you are trying to set up your start up.
If it's in France, first there is a need to chose a status adapted to the company : - SARL (Limited responsibility) ; - SAS (Simplified Actions) ; - SA (Anonymous).
Each of them presents different advantages, or disadvantages, regarding the company's core activity.
Then, comes the registration process, the declaration of activity, and the publication in an official journal.
To open-up a bank account for the start-up, the CEO can either open an account in a normal bank (BNP Paribas, Société Générale ...), an online bank (Boursorama Pro), or neo banks (N26, Shine ...).
